This song is for all of the people who have a hard time speaking their minds, who sometimes would rather be alone than surrounded by a crowd of people, and for all of the people who helped them come out of their shell or helped them feel that they are not alone.

okay this is what would be in my box

-My ipod with all the songs that remind me of the boy who made me sad magically removed.

-Ice cream… double fudge brownie Edy’s, maybe some whipped cream and gummy bears too

-HARRY POTTER!!! just like what’s in the actual box, also probably a ton of books about loners- like Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Brief and Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, and children’s books. Lots of children’s books. 

-candy would be reese’s. maybe some more gummy bears. 

-movie… Chick flicks— Waitress, namely

-instead of teddy bear would be Lowly Worm

I wrote these lyrics once while I was at a show that I went to by myself. I was being really shy and just wanted to dance, but had no one to dance with. Some of it is really obviously influenced by “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” by Stephen Chbosky. I’ve felt like an outcast all my life, anywhere I go and anything I do and this song is for all the people who have made that less painful.
